This four bedroom, three bathroom home, backs up to a pond on the Links golf course offering great views and the perfect place to relax. This home offers three king beds and a bunkroom. It was furnished with families in mind, with hopes to make your vacation perfect!

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Early check-in and late check-out is not available during busy season (May through August). Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability during the off-season.

Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.

Thank you so very much for making our stay so comfortable and fun. The house had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were also plenty of blankets and throws for the cold days. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything anyone could need or want; i.e., tons of glasses, dishes, silverware, small appliances, pots and pans. There was even a supply of spices so we didn’t have to buy all new ones. The downstairs open space design was great for family activities. Seating was plentiful & comfortable. The extra beach & outdoor equipment was really a plus. Having two golf carts was a big plus, as were the screened porch and grill. In addition to the house being great, the responsiveness of our host was spectacular. We definitely recommend this house & the resort
Great place for families!
We spent our fall break with 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) and we found this house to be perfect! It was clean and had literally everything we needed. We brought with us extra supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, etc and didn’t even need to use our stash until the last day! The house was completely stocked and had dishes for both adults and kids which was amazing. The two golf carts made getting around so convenient and were so nice to have for all of us! This is the second time we’ve stayed in this area and after this great experience, we’ll be sure to book with Traci again!
Great place to stay with a family!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at A Shore Thing!! The house is very well equipped with everything you need!!! We found the house very clean and just what we were expecting!! Having the two golf carts was so nice - being able to go and enjoy all the eminities that are offered!!
Great for 2 families
Love this place! It was clean and plenty of room for our group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids). Really loved that the house had plenty of beach towels, regular towels, dishes, cups etc of all shapes and sizes and kid friendly options. There was hand soap in every bathroom and the kitchen which was a plus. Highly recommend and Emerald was easy and friendly to deal with! Thanks!
A Shore Thing
We had a great time for the 2nd time staying in one of Traci’s properties. She is wonderfully kind and patient and so accommodating! The house is sparking clean, the golf carts are such fun, and the location is perfect! Loved feeding the turtles each morning and everything else about the place! We would highly recommend any of her places and look forward to another stay one day!
Great Place for Kids!
We had a wonderful stay at Shore Thing in April. It was clean and well appointed. It was the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed at. There were cleaning supplies, laundry supplies and pump hand soaps in every bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and they had everything you’d need for little ones, including a high chair and kid’s plastic ware. There were grill supplies and propane too! Having 2 golf carts was a nice feature because we were able to go to pool/beach together, but one of us could take a cart back for nap time while the others could stay and not be stranded. The beach toys, supplies, and towels were also a big plus! I enjoyed coffee each morning on the screened in porch and my kids loved feeding the turtles in the water out back. We can’t wait to go back!
